The fifth edition of the Italian football quiz takes place in Milan

“Frigoriferi Milanesi” hosted the fifth edition of the #OptaPaoloQuiz on 11th October 2017. It was a record-breaking edition of the quiz, seeing 20 teams and over 80 participants battling for glory. In the end, it was Milan TV who went on to lift the trophy, following a closely fought head-to-head with reigning champions Gazzetta dello Sport.

The contest featured nine rounds of questions (including audio and video rounds), a section focused on the World Cup, and one on Francesco Totti, who retired from professional football in May 2017.

As ever, the #OptaPaoloQuiz was overseen with great enthusiasm from the various teams within Perform Italia, who all contributed to our guests’ satisfaction and enjoyment of the event.

This edition of the #OptaPaoloQuiz was sponsored by Carlsberg, with whom Perform has just launched an innovative project based on Opta data; providing exclusive insights on Serie A to players of fantasy football.
