Rugby League Analyst, Sports Data Job

NOTE - this is a part time role based in our Leeds office and therefore you will only be considered if you live within a reasonable commuting distance.

Perform are recruiting staff to join Opta’s team of rugby league analysts in Leeds. Opta is one of the UK’s leading compiler of rugby league performance data. The duties include live and post match performance analysis of tournaments such as the Super League, NRL and International competitions.

The Candidate

Essential skills

Excellent knowledge of international and domestic players and teams
Display sound IT skills and an aptitude to learn to use new software packages
Ability to concentrate for long periods and pay attention to detail
Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings

Desirable skills

Previous video analysis experience
Coaching or refereeing qualifications
Understanding of French
